Consciously honoring the pioneers that came before him, he has evolved into a devoted representative of contemporary house music.  Having commercially released more than 60 original tracks and remixes to date, Karsten’s impressive output has recently earned him a spot in the grammy recording academy as a voting member.

Signed to a wealth of highly respected imprints,  the likes of Toolroom Records, Repopulate Mars, Material Series, Nervous Records, Simma Black, Undr The Radr, We Jack,  Stashed, Farris Wheel Recordings, King Street Sounds, Sleazy Deep, Great Stuff Recordings and more.

Boasting an extensive back-catalogue with numerous other Top 10 and Top 100 charting tracks.  Stand-out releases from the Canadian export include ‘The Run Around’ which attained #1 spot in the tech house top 100 chart on Traxsource and was also featured on BBC Radio 1.  ‘Weekend Warrior’ which attained #1 ‘Best New Tech House’ track on Beatport.  As well as his remix of Gettoblaster’s ‘Break Em Off’ which landed at #2 on the tech house top 100 chart on Traxsource. 

Always active on the scene, Karsten continues to champion the very best in house music with his intense touring schedule which expands across all continents, and continually thriving in multiple local and international DJ residencies.  His monthly radio show, ‘Sollors Systems’ on Istreem Radio based out of the UK is in it’s 3rd year of airing and features regular guest mixes from some of the most highly regarded names in the industry. 

Having built a solid foundation through his productions and DJ career, recently Karsten turned his attentions to launching his own record label & lifestyle imprint [ Sollors Systems ] bringing in a new approach to label identity.  A motto of being exclusively inclusive,  releasing an array of house music with a solid balance between high profile names and new comers, with an intentional spotlight on minority talent.

Following up on this success, 2021 is set up to be a very busy year for the Canadian with a significant multinational tour schedule, and many heavily anticipated releases forthcoming on Repopulate Mars,  Material Series,  Farris Wheel Recordings, Stashed, WyldCard, Space Invaders and Sollors Systems.
